Our products are custom/personalised and made to order so there is a processing time from the moment you place your order to the time we dispatch your order ready for delivery. We are unable to change anything once the order is placed. Please double check all spellings/address when ordering.
Our current turnaround time is listed at the top of this page. However, please bear in mind this may be slightly longer at peak celebratory times such as Valentines day, Mothers day, Christmas etc.
We do our best to keep our dispatch times up to date and will keep you informed if we are unable to meet your dispatch time for any reason.
If you need your order to be processed faster, please contact us prior to making an order so that we can discuss your options with you. Please note, if you place your order without prior discussion your order will be processed according to our standard turnaround time.
We work according to the order in which orders are placed, and thus whilst we do our best to accommodate all requests for express dispatch, we reserve the right to decline or to arrange expedition of an order as per our schedule and availability at all times.
Please note arrangement of expedited processing with us will not change the standard shipping times listed below (unless this is also part of your arrangement with us), it only moves your order up the queue to be dispatched faster.
To avoid disappointment, please always place your order in good time for it to be made, dispatched and delivered ahead of time for your occasion.

*We are currently not shipping to all destinations due to restrictions in place by Royal Mail, please visit to royalmail.com/internationalupdates to check for the latest status on deliveries to your country from the UK. Buyers are responsible for customs and import tax charges that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
**Please bear in mind this is an estimate and there may be delays due to the current coronavirus pandemic and at seasonal times such as Christmas.
We are not responsible for delays during transit as once your package is with the courier we no longer have control of the delivery timings.
Delivery will only be made to the shipping address stated on your order. Please ensure this is correct at the time of ordering.
Please note a parcel can only be considered lost in transit 14 working days after its expected delivery date. If your item does not arrive at its destination by this time scale please get in touch with us using our contact us form, so that we can investigate this further with the courier and come to a satisfactory resolution.
Any order cancellations, must be requested within 24 hours of order completion. Cancellations must be requested via our contact us page.
Any cancellation requests outside of 24 hours will not be processed.
We always aim to ensure that our products are of high quality and packaged well.
However, in the unlikely event that your item is damaged due to transit, not satisfactory or your item is wrong, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order using our contact us form. To help us to respond quickly, please try to include as much information as possible.
Please note, we may ask you to provide photographic evidence before processing your claim.
Due to the personalised nature of the products we offer, which are made to order, all items are non-refundable.
